So how much will it cost you as an owner to use Als Van Managed Rentals??!!

FULL MANAGEMENT SERVICE:

  • Annual Management Fee: £100.00
  • Part-management (ie: NOT the entire season, but specific dates through the season): £50.00
  • 12.5% or £25.00 (whichever is the greatest) of each confirmed booking taken
  • £25.00 per complaint dealt with from start to finish 
  • £25.00 per damage bond retention dealt with 
  • £25.00 for information folder and guestbook, departure notice + P+P costs
  • £50.00 for any major re-write required to your Holiday Home (new purchase as an example)


DOCUMENT SERVICE:

  • Rental documents: £30.00 (unlimited use)
  • Information folder & guestbook: £30.00 (yours to keep!) 
  • Information folder only: £25.00
  • Guestbook only: £15.00
